Our AdSense application is under review. No Google ad code, Auto ads or third-party visitor analytics tool is active on the site. The advertising section separately explains potential future advertising use.
Scope and controller
This notice covers hapgamess.com, its product and support pages, and the KAVİM and Sanal Gölgeler browser versions hosted here. The publisher and controller for this scope is Hakkı Anıl Pektaş, operating as HAP Games (Türkiye). Contact for privacy questions and requests: hapgamess@gmail.com.
Downloaded mobile apps have separate notices. RAINMAN’s anonymous player ID, nickname, global scores and profile deletion are covered by the RAINMAN privacy policy and profile and data deletion page. Visiting this website alone does not create a RAINMAN player profile.
Information and purposes
- Technical request information: To serve pages and game files, hosting and content-delivery infrastructure may process your IP address, requested page/file, request time, browser/device information and any referring page supplied by the browser. This supports delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and security.
- Preferences and game saves: Language, sound, accessibility and game progress are stored in your browser as described below. This includes KAVİM’s local turn-timing records; no central visitor analytics service has been added to receive them.
- Emails you send us: Your email address, any name you provide, message and attachments are used to answer questions, provide support and handle privacy requests. Contact links open your email app; we receive a message only when you send it. Please avoid unnecessary identity, payment or sensitive information.
The current website has no membership, payment form, newsletter registration or public visitor profile feature. We have not added advertising-based behavioural tracking or personalization to the site.
Cookies and storage on your device
The Cloudflare security cookie __cf_bm, used for automated traffic protection, was observed in live responses. It is separate from advertising or analytics cookies set by this application. Cloudflare describes a 30-minute inactivity expiry in its cookie documentation.
Cookies and browser storage are different technologies. The site’s application code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The following local storage and caches support the features you use:
- Privacy choice: If you choose to save it on the cookie and privacy choices page, a refusal of advertising and analytics is stored only in this browser for 180 days. It is not advertising consent and is not sent to Google. Expiry or reset does not enable ads.
- Website language: Your Turkish/English preference is saved in the browser when you use the language button.
- KAVİM: Game saves, sound/motion/contrast preferences and local turn-timing records stay on your device. Game files may be cached in the browser to support offline loading.
- Sanal Gölgeler: Investigation progress and backups, sound and accessibility preferences are stored in the browser; accessible-view scroll positions use tab-session storage. The game engine may keep files and local data in browser caches or IndexedDB.
- Import/export: A save file you select in Sanal Gölgeler is read in your browser; an exported save is downloaded to your device. This does not automatically send the save to support or a cloud game account.
Persistent local data may remain until you delete it, the game replaces it or the browser clears it; it has no fixed automatic expiry. Tab-session data usually ends when the tab closes. You can remove hapgamess.com data in your browser’s site-data settings. This may also remove game progress and preferences; export a game backup first where available. Blocking local storage may prevent saving, resuming or remembering preferences.
The hosting provider’s technical security and traffic-management mechanisms are subject to its service policies. The website does not automatically upload local game saves to a HAP Games server; files you choose to send for support are an exception.
Google AdSense and advertising choices
Ad serving is currently off. Applying for AdSense or publishing this notice does not enable ads. The site’s ads.txt file only identifies an authorized seller; it does not load advertisements or set visitor cookies.
If AdSense is enabled later, Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to personalize ads. Ad serving may process IP addresses, page URLs, browser/device information, cookie identifiers and ad interactions through cookies, web beacons and similar technologies for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads may still process some technical data.
Read how Google uses information from partner sites and the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage or turn off personalized Google ads in Google Ad Settings. Advertising choices for other participating providers are also available, subject to the service’s and region’s coverage.
Before ads are enabled, this notice will identify the providers, cookies and retention details in use, and a choice and consent mechanism will be provided before non-essential advertising technologies run where required by law. Refusing or withdrawing consent will also be accessible. No advertising-consent panel is currently active on this site. Visiting the site or reading this notice does not constitute advertising consent.
Service providers and transfers
The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting/content-delivery infrastructure. These providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. Support emails are received through Google Gmail. OpenAI, Cloudflare and Google publish notices for their respective services.
These services may process information in countries outside Türkiye. Transfers depend on the service used and are subject to the KVKK’s international-transfer rules; this notice does not assert that a particular standard contract has been signed or that official transfer approval has been obtained. Contact support to request information about applicable transfer arrangements.
We do not sell personal information. Beyond providers needed for technical services and support, limited disclosure to competent authorities or legal advisers may occur where required by law or to protect legal rights. External stores, demos and other linked sites have their own policies.
Legal grounds and retention
Under the KVKK, necessary processing to deliver a secure site and respond to support requests relies on legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights (Article 5/2-f). Article 5/2-c may apply to correspondence directly necessary for a contract; Articles 5/2-ç and 5/2-e may apply to legal obligations and legal claims. Optional advertising processing requiring explicit consent will only occur later with the required consent (Article 5/1).
Email and support records are kept as needed to handle the request and follow-up, and for applicable legal retention or dispute requirements. Deletion requests are assessed when retention is no longer necessary. Infrastructure-log retention depends on providers’ service and security policies; we do not promise an unverified fixed period for those records. Device-storage duration and removal are described above.
Your rights and requests
KVKK Article 11 provides rights to learn about processing and its purpose, obtain recipient information, request correction and eligible deletion/destruction, ask that recipients be notified, object to adverse automated-analysis outcomes and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Email hapgamess@gmail.com with the relevant page, your request and a reply address. We may request only the additional information needed to verify that the request is yours. Requests are handled under applicable procedures and statutory time limits. Do not send passwords or banking details. We cannot remotely access game saves kept solely on your device; use your browser’s site-data settings to delete them.
Children and changes
The website has no membership system collecting ages or child profiles. We do not ask children to send personal information by email. Parents or guardians who believe a child has shared unnecessary personal information can contact us for deletion. Store age ratings and in-app data practices are assessed separately for each game.
When data practices change, we update this page and its revision date. Relevant notices and required choices will be prepared before new advertising or analytics tools are introduced.
